The Heart and Vision Behind Phatefx Master Academy
Monika Diaz is a trailblazer in the beauty industry with over 30 years of experience as a certified life coach, and drug & alcohol counselor, educator, and business owner. She has dedicated her life to creating opportunities for growth and transformation, particularly for marginalized communities.
Through Phatefx Master Academy, Monika has merged her expertise with her passion for empowering others, offering a safe space where education and mentorship thrive.

Our Mission
At Phatefx Master Academy, we empower youth from marginalized communities of color by addressing their holistic needs with compassion, innovation, and cultural awareness. Through mentorship, education, and community-building, we inspire transformation from the inside out, fostering resilience and enabling youth and families to thrive while building stronger, more equitable communities.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every young person feels deeply valued, unshakably confident, and fully equipped to realize their boundless potential. Our goal is to create generational change that uplifts communities and fosters equity and opportunity for all.
We’ve supported over 5,000 youth and families in building brighter futures by addressing their holistic needs and fostering resilience.
From mentorship, & life skills, to cultural awareness and career development, our programs are designed to inspire and uplift at every stage of life.
We collaborate with over 50 local foundations and initiatives to provide critical resources, mentorship, and programs that empower youth and families.
