Monika Diaz – Founder of Phatefx Master Academy

With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, I am a dedicated life coach, business owner, and educator. Throughout my career, I have taught at multiple beauty colleges, worked in various salons, and trained countless professionals. At Phatefx Master Academy, we provide comprehensive, expert-led classes and collaborate with organizations to give back to the community through initiatives such as toy drives, holiday family adoptions, and programs for underserved youth.

My passion for supporting foster youth stems from my upbringing with my grandparents, who raised many grandchildren despite limited resources. At Phatefx Master Academy, we are committed to empowering foster youth by offering mentorship, cultural awareness, and opportunities to develop confidence and essential life skills. Our mission is to instill a sense of belonging and limitless potential, helping them recognize the beauty within themselves and beyond.
